Ranelagh Primary School

Year 6 Sharing assembly

Year 6 performed to parents on Thursday to share their knowledge and understanding of all they have learned this term. They had to be detectives to discover the murder of someone at Ranelagh - this was based on the book they read this term, Hugh Rise Mystery by Sharna Jackson . They went on to share their knowledge of light by sharing the periscopes they made . The assembly concluded with a plea to parents and carers to change their habits to make a better world . They told the parents all about climate change and the effects of greenhouse gases and ended with a famous song’s chorus ‘ if you want to make the world a better place. Take a look at yourself and make a change ‘
